Overview / Objectives

PS has designed the ”100 innovationer” exhibition at Tekniska Muséet in Stockholm. It is designed and built around an area of almost 2000 square metres and is to be activated during a period of three years. The mission entails both the design of the exhibition itself as well as PR and the integration of sponsorship into the exhibition. The target group for the exhibition is the widest possible, with the age span of our intended visitors starting from ten year-olds going upward.

Strategy / Solution

The public was invited to suggest and vote for what they considered to be the 100 most important innovations in the history of mankind. We then staged the results in a scenography of great contrasts built around the geometric form of a cube. Contrasting materials create dynamics in the raw atmosphere of the big hall where interactivity plays a major role in presenting the different innovations exposed. The result is an exciting, interactive and critically acclaimed exhibition that spans from ancient history to modern, high-tech solutions.
