The international Air Liquide group seeks to bring together its entire world managerial workforce in order to confirm its 2015 strategic plan.

Aiming to produce this international meeting in a more collaborative ambiance, the Sagarmatha Paris team assisted Air Liquide in a 3 day programme at Sitges (Barcelona) with the following agenda:

• one day from the point of view of innovation, with a digital ‘‘open expo’’,
an external contributor and open discussion sessions
• ‘‘beehive’’ reflections on the company’s performance and responsibility
• a social programme running in parallel for Partners and a gala dinner with the a cappella group VOCES8.
