Our mission was to develop an interactive and interesting road show to explain the customer benefits of Audi technology in a simple manner during a time span of four months. The target group was primarily existing and potential Audi customers, but also staff working at the 45 retailers of Audi Sweden. With the help of video display pylons and touch screens, specifically developed for Audi, the visitor was informed and encouraged to seek out information about the technology in the cars. Four event teams were contracted and trained to manage the tour. The entire tour was very well received both by the visitors and the dealers. The bonds between Audi and the retailers, as well as between Audi and their customers, were very much strengthened and consolidated.
